1.马鲛鱼洗净切块备用

2.起油锅倒入适量的油烧至七成热下鱼煎制

5.倒出多余的油,下姜片辣椒段咸菜加入三茶匙料酒

咸菜是腌制品偏咸所以不用加盐煎鱼的过程中一定要热锅冷油,煎黄了再翻面!
